Characteristics of our PET blow machines
Our heating device is equipped with round & hard stainless plate which is rotated and driven by an infinitive variable motor. Such design provides uniform and consistent preforms heating.
The design of our clamping unit is moving middle mould plate towards to the front mould plate. Since there is a supporting plate at the front of our bottle blower, the clamping action is balance and stable.
Imported hydraulic and electronic components are adopted to ensure the reliability of the machine.
