Introduction
EH-series is our company's in-house designed fully hydraulic plastic injection moulding machine. With many years in research & development, our engineers have been able to combine the most valuable features of European, American and Japanese machines with this new product. Compare with the toggle clamping design, the fully hydraulic clamping system offers high level of precision; convenient platen adjustment, easy mould height adjustment, longer mould life and most important, better products.
In the recent trend towards development of environmental friendly machinery, our EH-series has been equipped with energy saving system. We offer a variable pump hydraulic system. This imported variable pump is equipped with internal proportional valve. The computer can control the output directly proportional to the real loading of the machine. The energy saving can be as much as 25-45%. Therefore, the customer can enjoy the best efficiency with the least energy consumption.
In addition, Elite is the first manufacturer to install imported pre-fill valve in our EH-series. The oil sealing problem caused by mechanical parts with inaccurate machining is avoided. A highly dependable and stable high pressure clamping performance is realized.
