1. Simple mechanical design with much fewer parts, mechanical flaws are highly reduced. For example, EH120 clamping unit contains 39 categories (total 80 parts) but EA120 clamping unit contains 77 categories (total 212 parts).

2. The mould clamping stroke is no longer limited by the toggle design. It is easy to lengthen the stroke to accommodate mould with extra depth.

3. Alignment of stationary and moving platen will be fixed once it is correctly adjusted. Therefore, the product precision is high and inferior product reduced. And for the same reason, the pressure on four tie-bars is evenly distributed and tie-bar life is improved.

4. Clamping pressure is exerted on the middle of the platen. It will protect the mould from deformation due to high injection pressure, especially for mould with large projection area.

5. All major moving parts are submerged in oil bath. Mechanical wearing is highly reduced.

6. Imported pre-fill valve is installed. Mould clamping force is guaranteed. Under our testing, a 200 bar clamping pressure was maintained 2 hours without any sign of leakage after the pre-fill valve was closed.

7. Energy Saving Device

     i. Twin-pump system: With a correctly designed twin pumps system, two appropriate sized pumps are           installed to provide high, medium and low output options for different work load requirement. The           energy consumption of the twin-pump hydraulic system can be reduced 18-30% compare with single           pump system.

     ii. Variable pump system: An imported and heavy duty variable pump is installed. The output of the           hydraulic system will adjust according to the real requirement from the work load. Energy saving can           be reduced from 35 to 45%.

8. Adjustable V-type oil seal is used. The oil sealing performance and part's life is highly increased.

9. The machine's dimension is carefully designed. We hope to provide our customer highest production with the least space occupied.
